The placement of peers is facilitated by PIRON's wide network of companies and NGOs/ FBOs. In addition, we offer facilitation of the first peer-to-peer learning/exchange of experiences. After a certain time, the peer-learnings run independently without PIRON mediation.

Our senior advisor and leadership coach offers human resource and leadership development in a wide variety of methods from 25 years of own leadership experience as well as trainer and facilitator. He lived and worked in West- and Southern Africa, in the Middle East and guided divers and multi-cultural teams of 150 to 15 employees. He is supported by experienced co-trainers from different countries and regions, especially from Ghana and Western Africa.
