Exemplary project

Further development of an internationally active network for the promotion of green hydrogen value chains in developing countries on behalf of a parastatal client: (1) Alignment of existing as well as identification of new strategically relevant stakeholders in Germany, Europe as well as in partner countries (Brazil, Morocco, Namibia, South Africa, Tunisia, Algeria, Kenya) for the network (i.e. key actors from politics, economy, finance, research) as well as meaningful network clustering and grouping (by sector, service or products, along the value chain), (2) analysis of technical, economical and organizational needs of the stakeholders within the current (as well as potentially further developed) network, (3) consulting, recommendation and exemplary presentation of digital network management solutions and corresponding tools as a contribution to knowledge management, (4) identification of strategically relevant cooperation partners for an international impact, external presentation and visibility of the network and of the involved partner countries, (5) further development of offers for the network and the participating partner countries by evaluating existing and identifying as well as formulating new unique selling points and offers of the network for stakeholders for the purpose of strategic orientation and focusing, (6) Consulting on possible event forms, instruments, products and content-related topics, (7) Formulation of communicative narratives for the purpose of updating the concept of the network.
