Exemplary project
Program conception, content and technical preparation, team composition and coordination for a one-week Germany-wide outdoor event for 15,000 people in a purpose-built arena. Management of the daily director's meetings and show calling during the evening events with up to 500 individual actors in different artistic (band, choir, orchestra, choreography dancers, theater) and technical (sound, lighting, cameras, stage management) work areas.
